2D CRYSTALS 
2 dimensional crystal etchings can be made from either a digital picture or a scanned photo. These images are then laser etched into your choice of crystal without damaging the surface. Multiple images and image formats can be combined in any laser crystal piece.

Picture format must be .jpeg, tiff, or bitmap and 300 dpi. (Other guidelines may apply)

3D CRYSTALS 
3 dimensional crystal etchings can be made from either a 3D scanner picture or a digitally enhanced 2 dimensional standard photograph. The scanner captures almost a 180 degree view of a person face or bust. The final layout is skillfully crafted by one of our digital graphic artists using specialized laser control software.

CANCELLATION 
There are no cancellations after an order has been placed and confirmed.

CATALOGS 
Catalogs are provided at no charge up to twenty five (25) per reseller and one (1) per household. After which they are available at $2.00 each.

CHANGES TO MY ORDER 
Due to the personalization of the orders, changes are not accepted after an order has been placed and confirmed.

CUSTOM ORDERS INCLUDE 
Each custom crystal includes one image. This image could be from a picture you send us, custom 3D image or text. All image improving, cropping and art work are included in the base price. When there are multiple images per crystal, there will be additional costs.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, wire transfers and paypal.

PROOFS 
We can provide electronic proofs via email prior to your order going into production. The electronic proof will represent what the piece will look like when finished. There is a $10.00 charge for each electronic proof.

We are committed to providing the highest quality K9 optical crystal as the base of our product. We have gone state of the art every step of the way starting with our ISO certified factory to our two step quality control.

We work with the client to ensure picture quality and specifications are performed and followed per the customer expectations.

Digital Crystal Imaging management is not content unless every client is a satisfied customer.

RETURN POLICY 
Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns on any
orders unless it is defective, damaged or a mistake on our part. If you
receive a problematic shipment from Digital Crystal Imaging it needs to be
reported to Customer Care within 5 business days.

Customer will be responsible to ship faulty products back to us, and we will take care of replacement.

PRODUCTION TIME 
Crystals will be received within 12-14 business days after order is placed via website, except for holidays. Please expect seasonal delays, most orders are shipped within 48 hours from our manufacturing facility.

SHIPPING 
UPS and FedEx will be used for shipping.

Digital Crystal Imaging is not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier or for freight damages. Damages must be reported immediately to the freight carrier. Insurance of up to $100 is standard on all orders.

STAGES & STANDS 
We offer a diverse selection of bases which complement our crystal products. The lighted bases shine light into the crystal illuminating the image from below. Each etching point inside the glass reflects the light and greatly enhances the etched image.

You may choose the following options for your base:
Lighted (multiple colors) Revolving Walnut, Finish, Real Marble or Mirror Topped.

TRACKING ORDERS 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with links to the shipping company's tracking site, which contains detailed information about the status and location of your order. If you registered with us when you ordered, you can get to this information from our site. Simply log in to Log In, click on "View Orders," and follow the instructions.
